Cottages

King Line Cottages consists of 6 Cottages all of which enjoy a superb location overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure in Horning.

The cottages which have been owned and run by the King family for over 34 years have earned a reputation for clean, comfortable accommodation matched with the personal service which only a family -run business can offer.

We have catered for the disabled in the constuction of these cottages in our quest for Holidays for all. Five of the six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating of 2, making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate disabled and elderly holiday makers with the abled bodied.

All Cottages have:

• Main river front lawn area, ideal for fishing.
• Fully fitted kitchens, including full size cooker and fridge/freezer.
• Wheel-in floor level showers for easy access(with handrails).
• Lady Lodge, Eagle Cottage and Quayside Lodge have toilets with room for lateral transfer.
• Spacious living areas with 3 piece suite, television and dining table.
• Freeview TV and Video recorders.
  

We regret that no pets are allowed in any of our Cottages.
