Welcome to King Line Cottages. We have been in the holiday trade for 34 years and offer luxury accommodation at the heart of the Norfolk Broads with all our cottages boasting fantastic river front locations.
The Norfolk Broads is one of the most picturesque parts of England and offers perfect tranquility and beauty for all our holiday makers, whether you are a keen fisherman, bird watcher, nature lover or in need of a relaxing break. King Line Cottages can be found in the pretty village of Horning, between Norwich 11 miles and Gt. Yarmouth on the Norfolk Coast 17 miles. King Line Cottages (English Tourist Board 3 / 4 star rating) consists of six holiday homes, overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure. Five of the six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate wheel chair users, disabled and elderly holiday makers with the able bodied.
King Line Cottages were highly commended in the East Of England WELCOME ALL section, England for Excellence Awards in 2003. In the Holiday Care Awards for 1995, our group of Horning Lodges were highly commended in the self catering section and received a Certificate of Commendation from Judith Chalmers OBE.
