King Line Cottages (English Tourist Board 3/4 star rating) consists of six cottages, all of which enjoy a superb location overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure in Horning

The cottages that have been owned and run by the King family for over 34 years have earned a reputation for clean comfortable accommodation matched with the personal service which only a family run business can offer.

King Line have catered for the disabled in the construction of these cottages in their quest for 'Holidays for All' Five of the six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board Accessibility rating of 2 making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate disabled and elderly holiday makers with the able bodied.

All Cottages have;

  • • Main River front lawn area, ideal for fishing
  • • Fully fitted kitchens, including full size cooker and fridge freezer
  • • Wheel-in floor level showers for easy access (with handrails)
  • • Toilets with lateral transfer in Lady and Quayside Lodge and Eagle Cottage
  • • Spacious living areas with 3 piece suite, television and dining table
  • • Freeview TV and Video recorders
